ScoreMyAds is a product operated by ECOMSKY. All references to "ScoreMyAds", "we", "us", or "our" in these terms refer to ECOMSKY.

2. Service Description

ScoreMyAds provides automated Google Ads account auditing and optimization recommendations. Our service analyzes your Google Ads account data and generates health scores, audit reports, and action plans using artificial intelligence.

3. Account Requirements

• You must have a valid Google account with access to at least one Google Ads account.
• You must be authorized to grant read-only access to the Google Ads account you wish to audit.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

4. Pricing & Payments

• Free Score: Instant health score out of 100 with 3 preview insights. No payment required.
• Full Audit Report: $149 one-time payment. Includes comprehensive analysis and recommendations.
• Custom Action Plan: $149 one-time payment. Includes 30-day prioritized action plan and rewritten ad copy.
• Score Monitoring: $29/month subscription. Monthly re-scanning and alerts. Cancel anytime.

All payments are processed securely by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Prices are in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes based on your location. For full pricing details, visit our Pricing page.

5. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date. To request a refund, please contact us at support@scoremyads.app with your order details.

• One-time purchases (Audit Report, Action Plan): Refundable within 14 days of purchase.
• Subscriptions (Score Monitoring): You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds for the current billing period are available within 14 days of the charge date.

Refunds are processed through Paddle and typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

6. Limitations

• ScoreMyAds provides recommendations only. We do not modify your Google Ads account.
• Results are based on AI analysis and may not cover every possible optimization.
• We do not guarantee specific performance improvements.
• Free scores are limited to 3 per user per day.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, reports, and action plans generated by ScoreMyAds are for your personal or business use only. Redistribution or resale is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

ECOMSKY (operating as ScoreMyAds) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to changes in Google Ads performance.
